Ugh! It's August!

Or that's what Becky says. Then she left so I can write anything I want. She's thinking that school starts way too soon and I have to agree. Where did the summer go? :) We forgot to take that annual picture of the table covered in peas or green beans. That way there is evidence that we actually work at our house. The two new monsters we put in purr very quietly. They are way cool!!!! and huge! They give me a chillin feelin all the time - cold breeze down my back - you name it. They leave a person feeling cold. Actually Becky said they are humongous. She's baaack!

"I'm all tripped out. I went on at least 2 long trips - Colorado to see Melissa and Pat, and then later to Grandma's, Rexburg to see Charlyn and Ben, and then back to Grandma's. hmmm. Fun, though! I loved Volleyball Camp and the few times I've been swimming. They didn't give us a list of school supplies at the end of the year but I have Mrs. Giery for a teacher!
With some sleuthing, we'll get it!!!! Dad bought a ton of supplies so we can be ready...or not! Two of my really good friends moved so I'm not very happy for next year."

sigh...so life goes on. At least she got to go on some trips. Looks like the only one I'll be on is the one to take Loren to Rexburg to school in September, if I'm lucky. So here's to August. May it go by r e a l . . . s l o w . . . .

Camping!

Wow! I'm back from Young Women in Zion Camp and what an astonishing experience it was! I'm so tired but my heart is very full of memories, uplifting experience (especially on the teeter totter the last day) and love for all those I met - including all my Faith Followers and for all my Letha girls. My life is Forever changed!

Some crazy things did happen and some of us had a hard time keeping warm during the night. I was so grateful I brought my extra blanket or I would have frozen to the floor of my little tent. I'm so excited that I caught on Video Pres Martin Walker's and the girls Traditional trip into the lake with all their clothes on. Yeah!!!! Great fun and the water was sooooo Cold!

I will never forget the moment I realized that My Jessica Timony (our neighbor) was sitting in my campsite with a cute but unsure smile on her face - ready for fun - something I never dreamed possible. I will never forget the crushing feeling I felt and the shock I heard from the girls as they were asked to crack the shells of their beautiful egg creations to reveal the true middle within. I will never forget all my Faith Followers linking together to cross to the end - never breaking the link or unknotting the ropes to find their 'friend' or discovering the true business of fork writing in the sand. I will never forget the image that appeared slowly - first as a shadow, then a shadowy castle and then clearly the Salt Lake Temple. I will never forget Br. Summers doing 3 extra push-ups just for me because I fell short. I will never forget my love for my Savior and the deep feeling in my heart for all He has done for me.

My heart is so full.

I'm here!
